2021-2022 Housing Cost
Fall & Spring Housing License
$4,433/Semester
- Fall & Spring Housing License: A traditional housing license where residents return their key and leave for winter and spring breaks.
2021-2022 Housing Cost
Extended Housing License
$4,710/Semester
- Extended Housing License: An extended housing license where residents retain access to their suite during winter and spring breaks.
Pricing above is per person.
Pricing includes all utilities; even cable and internet.
Pricing does not include a meal plan. Meal plans are available for purchase through Towson University.
Pricing does not include laundry costs. Laundry costs are $1.25/load.
Residents with the Extended Housing License are housed in Paca House.
